Dear students, parents, teacher, colleagues, friends and fellow Rosians,

Time flies and we are now entering academic year 2024/2025. It’s great to see we all come back to school after the summer break and start afresh ready for the new challenges ahead.

The past twelve months have been busy and eventful, witnessing a lot of changes and enhancement for our school. I am sure students will now see a brighter outward appearance for the school, with new furniture, desks and chairs, and enhanced facilities. The staff had been so busy making all these happen and they really deserve our applause.

The academic year 2024/2025 also witnesses the formal implementation of our management restructure, with the three Vice-Principals take charge of the senior and junior forms and administrative support respectively to make the school direction more student centred, adopting a holistic approach to student needs and development. I am confident that the precise and purposeful measures will help us make continuous improvement in all-round student learning and progress.

One of the major concerns in our three-year strategic plan is physical and mental wellness. After numerous discussions among colleagues, we have come up with a number of supportive measures and activity plans to bring us through. We have agreed to place particular emphasis to develop our students in the areas of music, physical training and Information Technology and believe that this is a healthy way forward.

I am very pleased to work together with all my colleagues in the school during the past year. We believe that working together to make things happen and grow with our students is the best approach to enable our students to maximize the learning experience and prepare them for the exciting world outside.
