Learning, Teaching and Assessment
The Social Science curriculum aims at nurturing students an enhanced perception of history and culture, and a sense of responsibility to nature. It is imperative for students to observe and experience the social dynamics. We provide students with opportunities to connect and apply knowledge and skills in a variety of real-life contexts. There are measures to cater for learner diversity. For instance, field-trips, visits, forums and participation in territory-wide competitions are arranged. Through these learning experience, we hope that our students can develop a global vision, and acquire relevant knowledge and skills to build a better world.
The curriculum contents are constantly reviewed and enriched to enhance students’ awareness of national security according to their cognitive abilities so that students will grow into good nationals who have a sense of national identity, respect the rule of law and abide by the law.
