Principal’s Message 2025-2026

"Aspire to great things, to holiness, wherever you are."

As we embark on a new academic year, I wish to extend my heartfelt congratulations to our dedicated teachers and our Form 6 graduates for their outstanding achievements in the HKDSE 2025. Their hard work and commitment have truly paid off, and we are proud of their accomplishments.

This year marks the second stage of our three-year School Development Plan (SDP), where we will focus on our second major concern: Enhancing Students' Self-Regulated Learning. This initiative complements our ongoing efforts to promote a Healthy Lifestyle and Wellbeing through Positive Education and to enhance National and Global Citizenship. Our aim is to equip students with effective self-regulated learning skills, starting from the Junior Forms, to prepare them for their senior studies and lifelong learning.

In addition, we will continue to develop our school in three key domains: Physical Training, Music, and Information Technology. Each of these areas aligns seamlessly with our three major concerns in the SDP. Physical training not only promotes health but also builds discipline and resilience; music fosters creativity and emotional expression, contributing to overall wellbeing; and information technology equips our students with essential skills for the future, enhancing their global citizenship.

As we guide our students on their educational journey, I recall the inspiring words of Pope Leo XIV, who encouraged young people at Tor Vergata to "Aspire to great things, to holiness, wherever you are." This resonates with the message in Philippians 4:13: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Together, we can face challenges and embrace opportunities with faith and determination.  Let us draw hope from Jeremiah 29:11, which reminds us, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." May our students always find encouragement in these words as they explore and stretch their potential.

This aspiration goes hand in hand with our slogan: "Exploring with Care, Transcending with Love." The outstanding achievements of our students, as listed below, are excellent snapshots of how we support one another in this journey of growth, learning, and discovery.
